Pump Head Fundamentals
What is Pump Head?
Pump head is the height to which a pump can raise fluid. It is measured in meters (m) or feet (ft) and is independent of the fluid's density.
Total Dynamic Head (TDH)
The Total Dynamic Head (TDH) is the total equivalent height that a fluid is to be pumped, taking into account friction losses in the pipe.
